Myllykoski Paper Oy markets, develops and manufactures high-quality wood-containing publication papers efficiently and competitively. In accordance with our vision, we are the best partner in publication papers. The basis of our operations is our common values: respect, openness, trust and tolerance. Efficient communication and active interaction support our values in our working environment.

Our aim is customer satisfaction. We manufacture and market high-quality products in close cooperation with our customers. We constantly develop our products, production processes and operating methods and apply the best available and economically viable technology and expertise.

All employees at Myllykoski Paper recognise their responsibility and the impacts of their work and comply with our operating policy in everything they do. The company management sets objectives, provides appropriate resources, steers and supervises quality-, environment- and safety-related actions. The management encourages the personnel to take an active role in the continuous development of operations.

Environmental protection and occupational health and safety are essential elements of our daily work. Preventive measures in each area ensure a healthy and safe working environment and responsible operations towards minimising the environmental impacts of the mill. We are committed to continuous improvement of our energy efficiency and utilisation of our raw materials and waste. Our wood raw material is procured from legal, sustainably managed forests and we know its origin. The chain of custody of our wood raw material is certified through independent third-party verification according to the most important forest certification systems.

Our personnel are our key resource. We promote each other's wellbeing and safety at work. Our aim is zero accidents. We invest in continuous training of our employees to improve our professional skills and to acquire a wide range of know-how.

We operate in compliance with legislation, respecting the permits granted and obligations set for us. Social responsibility is a vital part of the good operating practice we strive for to ensure profitable and developing business as well as added value for our shareholders, interest groups and the surrounding society.

We require commitment to the same principles from our raw material suppliers and other partners as well.
